- Prices include all Florida State and Local County Taxes totaling 13%
- Pool heating is an additional cost of £80 or $125 per week (required only in winter)
- We offer a discount for bookings of 3 weeks or more
- A Welcome pack (basic groceries) can be provided at the small cost of £20 ($30)
- There is no charge for the crib or high chair provided
- We accept payment by personal cheque/check in either UK pounds or US dollars
- We can also accept credit card payments including payments via PAYPAL
